WildWestGunStore: a passion for antique American firearms
Authentic 19th-century firearms, selected directly in the United States for French, European and American collectors.
It all started with a passion
It all started with a passion: antique American firearms, the history of the United States and the conquest of the West.
After many years devoted to this passion, I decided to cross my own “Frontier” — the play on words is intentional — and turn it into my profession: selecting and offering French and European collectors authentic 19th-century firearms, as well as historical collectible items that are difficult to find in France and Europe.
In order to carry out this activity in compliance with French regulations, we are licensed firearms dealers for categories C and D.
Our ambition: much more than offering exceptional pieces
Our ambition is to build one of the finest European catalogues of antique American firearms, selecting authentic pieces directly in the United States through our imports and continuous research.
But WildWestGunStore is above all a story of passion and sharing. Our role is not limited to selling a collectible firearm: it is also about passing on knowledge, sharing expertise acquired over the years and creating connections between enthusiasts of history, shooters and collectors.
Each firearm is studied with rigour. We ensure its authenticity, regulatory compliance and the quality of its description, honestly presenting both its qualities and any possible defects, as well as its history when known.
We take the time to talk with each collector in order to understand their search, their collecting theme and their expectations. The real pleasure is finding the piece that will naturally complete a collection, with the satisfaction of a thoughtful and historically relevant purchase that represents a lasting investment in the collector’s heritage.
In search of the finest American firearms
We regularly travel to the United States to attend the country’s largest Gun Shows, notably in Tulsa (Oklahoma), Kansas City (Missouri), Richmond (Virginia), Miami (Florida) and Las Vegas (Nevada).
These trips allow us to discover exceptional pieces, whether antique collectible Winchesters, Colt, Smith & Wesson and Remington revolvers, or iconic models such as the legendary Colt Single Action Army.
At the heart of major American associations
We also participate in gun shows organised by the most prestigious American collectors’ associations of which we are members, notably the Winchester Arms Collectors Association (WACA) in Cody, Wyoming, and the Colt Collectors Association (CCA), whose gatherings take place each year in different American states.
Over time, we have developed a strong network of trusted partners, experts and collectors, allowing us to gain access to some of the rarest and most sought-after Old West collectible firearms on the market.
A selection designed as if it were a personal collection
Each piece offered for sale is selected with the same level of care as if it were to become part of our own collection.
We pay particular attention to its condition, its rarity, its authenticity, its historical interest and its price.
This approach allows us to offer enthusiasts of American historical firearms carefully selected pieces at competitive prices.
Let’s meet
The firearms are available for sale online onWildWestGunStore.com, but nothing replaces meeting fellow enthusiasts in person.
